§6. Proceedings in the case of a personal data breach.

Any person who notices a threat to the security of personal data collected by the Administrator or witnesses a personal data breach should immediately inform the Administrator.

The Administrator should notify the President of the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours of noticing the breach, unless it is unlikely that the breach will result in a risk of violating the rights or freedoms of natural persons.

the right to object,
